Kaitlin Antonides

Owner, Physical Therapist
PT, FAAOMPT, certified nutritional health coach

I lived in 5 states, I was born in Chantilly, VA. I moved to FL when I was 5, CA when I was 7, PA when I was 11, and TX when I was 16. My mom grew up with a military background, so it was easy for her to pick up and move. I graduated from Harlingen South in Harlingen, TX, went to Texas State for my undergraduate in pre-physical then graduated in 2012, and started PT school at TX ST in 2013–2016. In 2016, I started working for an outpatient ortho clinic and started my fellowship. After 2 years working in SA, I was offered a job working for an orthopedic surgeon in Austin, TX. I was thrilled and stayed at this job for 7 years. I was able to complete my fellowship, nutrition health certification, and pelvic floor training while working for Dr. Brotzman and then decided to start my own clinic last year.

I have spent 8 years working with outpatient orthopedics, post-operative and sports-related injuries. 4 years ago, I started to learn more about health and wellness and got my certificate. Shortly after, I was pregnant and became very interested in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.

I am passionate about health and wellness and love taking an integrative approach incorporating lifestyle changes to optimize healing and recovery.

I specialize in orthopedic care for post-op and sports-related injuries, as well as pelvic floor therapy for women during pregnancy and postpartum.

I love working with active adults and runners post-op or after an injury that’s stopped them from doing what they love. I also enjoy working with women during pregnancy and postpartum to return to their previous level of function without pain.

I enjoy being able to take an individual approach with 1:1 care.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, being active, and enjoying the outdoors.

I was diagnosed with a slipped disc in April 2023. As a part of my healing, physical therapy was prescribed. I first went to Airrosti—they were incredibly expensive ($250/45min) and did not offer me much more than what I had already found on YouTube videos. I quickly abandoned PT. Later I was encouraged to give PT another try. Through recommendations I signed up with Kaitlin. My PT experience between Kaitlin and Airrosti was night and day.  Every session was intensely focused on progress, and explaining how and why that progress would come. Kaitlin is very present and is an active listener even when she’s managing multiple clients. I quickly made improvements in balance and strength, and most importantly have my life back again. I highly recommend Kaitlin. She’s an empathetic, dedicated PT and a wonderful person. Do yourself and your body a favor, sign up with Kaitlin.

Kaitlin is unmatched! She has a positive attitude, is knowledgeable and has a willingness to go the extra mile for all of her clients. I first met Kaitlin after I had a major surgery 6 years ago. Since then, I have reached out for her expertise through the years. She has helped me through various obstacles I experienced in my life. One of the first things she always wants to know is what my goals are. We sit down and discuss a plan to accomplish them. As you may imagine, physical therapy comes with its own challenges. My experiences have proven how considerate and aware Katlin is of my pain thresholds. She is also there with gentle nudging when I fall short on doing my “homework”. Each time I have reached out to Kaitlin for her professional advice and treatment I have always been met with kindness, compassion and a positive you can do this attitude. Thanks Kaitlin!

She developed a personalized recovery plan that not only addressed the physical aspects of the injuries but also focused on my daughter’s emotional well-being.
